Iconiso is a "school" with a difference.

Self-inception, or dream seeding, is a way to artificially generate specific thoughts or narratives within dreams.
 

Dreams and conscious actions

The simplest but most important action you can take in life is dreaming.
Dreaming is a powerful tool or system that can get you through the hardest times in your life. Dreaming is a way to get to the place you want to be. The one thing you must first realise is that dreams can be turned into reality.

All you need to do is to imagine yourself in a situation and then visualise every element of that situation. You must imagine every aspect of it and visualise every step you need to take to arrive there. But you must act on your dreams, and that's where we come in to the "picture"

Dream seeding

By changing the emotional triggers that influence and direct your mind in the dream state,  you will find that you can change your life from the inside, from the subconscious,  where all decisions are made and from where all our actions spring.

Our one-day seminar will guide you through the process in a stimulating yet straightforward way in a workshop environment with hands-on activities. First, it is important to discover the everyday trance states that you have established over a lifetime. Second, we use role-playing techniques to give you more conscious control over and within your personal dreamscape. Third, and most importantly, you learn the process of self-inception in detail so that you can seed your dreams with suggestions that later become your new reality. It's like seeding clouds from an aircraft and then waiting for the rain to fall.

To complete the process, we work out a program individually tailored to suit you, establishing the type of personal outcomes you want so that you can achieve anything you can imagine.
